Canine Good Citizen

 

​ Canine Good Citizen (CGC) is an AKC title for your dog that demonstrates exceptional manners. Jabula is offering a 2-part CGC program, open to all dogs, regardless of age or breed. We recommend adding the workshop at the end of your basic training (JDA Basics and JDA Puppy). The workshop will break down the 10-part skills test required for the CGC title and help you prepare. The CGC is often an initial step towards certifying your dog for therapy work or before participating in other dog sports, like agility and rally. 
Our upcoming workshops and tests are listed below.  The cost is $100/student and includes a workshop and test and one retest if needed. You can just participate in the test if you feel your dog is ready without needing the workshop, the cost is $50.
