By submitting this registration form, you agree to Jabula Dog Academy's terms and conditions. You acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks and agree to hold Jabula Dog Academy, its trainers, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries that may occur during training sessions or on academy premises. You confirm that your dog is current on all required vaccinations and is in good health. You understand that payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled sessions to avoid charges. You agree to disclose any known behavioral issues or health concerns regarding your dog. Jabula Dog Academy reserves the right to refuse service or dismiss any client or dog whose behavior poses a risk to the safety of staff, other clients, or animals.
